I've had mine for years!
I've owned this exact mill for 15 years. I bought mine before Shelf Reliance offered them. It is an excellent product. I use it at least twice a week to grind wheat. I haven't tried other grains. It's very fast (a plus, since I've had other grinders that aren't so speedy!), and doesn't make a mess. I use a knife, spoon handle.....whatever's handy, to periodically push the flour out of the filter chamber, etc., and shake it out a little bit. I also always shake out the filter sponge and empty the cup in the chamber every time I use it. Maybe that's why it's lasted so long.
The only drawback is it IS noisy (kind of like a jet engine :)). However, it only takes a couple of minutes to grind enough flour for a batch of bread, so it's not a big deal. Besides, I've never seen a "quiet" grinder of any sort. If mine broke today, I'd order another this very minute. It is awesome!Quality

Good for years, until...
I will give this 5 stars for the first couple of year's use, and 2 stars for much later on.
This mill was fast and efficient with occasional use for 10 years. Then it gradually got clogged up inside. Now it takes forever to grind a batch, and has odd-headed screws over the motor assembly that I cannot get loose in order to open and clean it out. The moisture can't get out of the pan anymore, so it just makes a hard mush around the outside of the pan, which has to be removed while wet, or it will have to be chiseled out later. It heats up the motor and the flour to an extremely high temperature.
I suspect this wet flour mush has gathered inside the motor, too, but the only way to find out is spend lots of money at a repair shop.Quality

Wheat Mill
I bought this mill many years ago when it was called Magic Mill. It is still working great and will grind lots of different kinds of grains to the exact grind that I want. I would recommend this machine to anyone who needs an electric mill.

It's Great!
I just got mine and have already done 2 #10 cans of wheat. I have two large containers to store my flour in, so I did one medium grind and one fine. I was very pleased with the quality of the grinder, how easy it is to use, clean and store. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a grinder.

Love This Mill!
I did so much research trying to decide what mill to buy, but I finally settled on this one because value/cost were right on. I actually got mine on Craigslist... used of course but I LOVE it!!!

Still grinding strong!
My parents bought my 3 siblings and me this grinder for Christmas in 2006. I have gotten good use out of it at least once a month, if not more, to grind the wheat for my whole wheat flour. It is easy to set up, store, and clean. I never put it on the finest setting, but the flour still turns out wonderful. It is a lot faster than the grinder my mom has been using. I have only used it once to grind oats, so I can't say how it works with anything besides the wheat. I imagine I will get many many more years of use out of it.
